This guitar later developed into the CJ52 (Country Jumbo) series. Due to one of the most famous guitarists of all time, Jimmy Page, this guitar became one of the most celebrated and well known Yamaha guitars. β€œI got my first Yamaha in 1972. It was a travelling companion, and I recorded with it in India. Since then I have used Yamaha acoustics on stage as well as on my travels. It’s the quality and sound of the instruments that appeal.
