We get it, you've got to get this stuff in your hands, patched in to your own rig, heard with your own ears. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so here's our return policy:

IN-STORE/LOCAL PICKUP
On new items, we will take returns within 15 days, as long as you have the sales receipt, and the item is in new, sell-able condition. This means intact packaging, with all original accessories included. If the item is no longer in new condition (i.e., damaged, torn packaging, missing accessories, etc), a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged.

ONLINE ORDERS
If you have purchased an item online & are unsatisfied with it, the above policy applies - be sure to contact us within 15 days to arrange a return. If you find your item to be defective or broken, we'll pay the return shipping and replace the item or refund the purchase price upon the item's return. If damage has occurred during shipping, we will replace it using the same shipping method originally purchased. 

There are NO RETURNS on Consignment Items, Clearance Items, Microphones, Mouthpieces, Reeds, CDs, DVDs, books, and all copyrighted materials.
