On new items, we will take returns within 15 days, as long as you have the sales receipt, and the item is in new, sell-able condition. This means intact packaging, with all original accessories included. If the item is no longer in new condition (i.e., damaged, torn packaging, missing accessories, etc), a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged. Unopened mouthpieces & reeds in the original packaging may be returned. ONLINE ORDERS
If you have purchased an item online & are unsatisfied with it, the above policy applies - be sure to contact us within 15 days to arrange a return. If you find your item to be defective or broken, ship it back to us and we will replace the item or refund the purchase price upon the item's return. If damage has occurred during shipping, we will replace it using the same shipping method originally purchased. REVERB ORDERS

There are NO RETURNS on Opened Mouthpieces, Opened Box Reeds, Opened Packages of Strings, Consignment Items, Clearance Items, Microphones, computer/mobile device audio interfaces, earplugs/earphones, CDs, DVDs, books, and all copyrighted materials.
Town Center Music reserves the right to revoke the return privileges of individuals who abuse this policy.
