Pitch mode adds an octave up and down, whilst Delay mode adds a delay line to the reverb. Crush mode gives you octave control and a bit crush that can move heaven and earth. Each mode gives new function to the CTRL 1 and CTRL 2 knobs, offering up endless tweakability. A hold footswitch lets you grab a note and hold it for as long as you want while playing over top of it. Version 2 of the OBNE Dark Star adds an expression input that can control any of the pedal's controls (selectable via internap dip switches).
