Shipping Policies

As per our dealer agreements, Town Center Music only sells to and ships to the continental United States. Unfortunately, this policy is inflexible.

Place your order by 3pm EST, and it'll ship out the same day.

Available shipping methods will vary by product size, and can be chosen at checkout. Currently, we offer shipping options from FedEx and USPS.

As an anti-fraud measure, we require an adult signature for all shipments.

Return Policies

IN-STORE/LOCAL PICKUP
On new items, we will take returns within 15 days, as long as you have the sales receipt, and the item is in new, sell-able condition. This means intact packaging, with all original accessories included. If the item is no longer in new condition (i.e., damaged, torn packaging, missing accessories, etc), a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged.

There are NO RETURNS on Opened Mouthpieces, Opened Box Reeds, Opened Packages of Strings, Opened Cables, Consignment Items, Clearance Items, Microphones, computer/mobile device audio interfaces, earplugs/earphones, CDs, DVDs, books, and all copyrighted materials.


ONLINE ORDERS
If you have purchased an item online & are unsatisfied with it, the above policy applies - be sure to contact us within 15 days to arrange a return. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and the restocking fee criteria for in-store returns apply. After we receive the item and test it, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price less the cost of initial shipping. If you find your item to be defective or broken, ship it back to us and we will replace the item or refund the purchase price upon the item's return. If damage has occurred during shipping, we will replace it using the same shipping method originally purchased. 

REVERB ORDERS
Returns of items purchased on our Reverb.com shop are subject to our Reverb Return Policy, which can be found here.

RESTOCKING FEE
To avoid a restocking fee (max 20%), items must be returned to us in as-new, sellable condition, including intact packaging, all included accessories (including but no limited to: footswitches, cables, stickers, picks, buttons, "case candy," etc.). Town Center Music is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

EXCEPTIONS
There are NO RETURNS on Opened Mouthpieces, Opened Box Reeds, Opened Packages of Strings, Consignment Items, Clearance Items, Microphones, computer/mobile device audio interfaces, earplugs/earphones, CDs, DVDs, books, and all copyrighted materials.

Town Center Music reserves the right to revoke the return privileges of individuals who abuse this policy.
